Your profile

Your Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management with 2-3 years experience in Procurement

  • You are proactive, fast learner, curious, and diplomatic.

  • You can demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills

  • You are a good negotiator and have change management skills

  • You are flexible and can work both autonomously and as a team player

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint...) is a must

  • Knowledge of ERPs is an advantage

  • Good oral and written proficiency in French, English and Dutch is a plus

  • The start-up spirit does not scare you and you are ready to participate to the growth of a young and dynamic company

What will be expected from your role ? 

What will be expected from you in your role

Depending on the missions proposed by our clients:

  • Participate to the development of Category Management & Sourcing strategies

  • Manage RFx processes, including vendor market analysis, bid comparison, contract negotiation and ​implementation

  • Partner with relevant staff to define tender strategies (RFx creation, bid comparison and analysis)

  • Negotiate final scope of work, budget, commercial & performance terms with suppliers

  • Support contract development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal department

  • Establish and manage supplier relationships in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • For smaller or less structured clients and depending on your level of experience, you could collaborate with Senior consultants on projects related to implementation or reorganisation of Procurement departments.

And as we are a growing company, you will also have the opportunity to support with the development of the Procurement Business Unit at Altesia, work on internal projects to support our growth and ensure Altesia also becomes your company !
