Cédric Van Themsche
Hands on Finance Partner
Cedric brings extensive experience in corporate finance, controlling, business development, operational excellence, IT, audit, and project management spanning various industries.
Cedric holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School and an MBA from Vlerick.
He is recognized for his expertise in change management and leadership within finance departments, particularly in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. He assists both SMEs and multinational companies in addressing their structuring, financing, and organizational challenges.
Mathieu Delveaux
Hands on Finance Partner
Mathieu is a pragmatic finance manager with more than 15 years experience in financial audit, controlling, business development and financing.
Mathieu holds a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School.
His main focus is on start-up, spin-off and SME’s. He is currently holding a position of CFO for 2 biotech companies.
Gael Claude
Hands on Finance Partner
Gael is a pragmatic finance manager with more than 15 years experience in various positions as financial auditor, financial controller and CFO.
Gael holds a Master in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management.
He is currently holding a position of CFO and HR Manager for an internet retail company.
Lise Barbeaux
Hands on Procurement Partner
Lise is a pragmatic Procurement manager in charge of Altesia Procurement. She has large experience in Procurement in mature and less mature organisations, in particular in the Healthcare sector.
Lise holds a Master in Business Management from HEC Liège and a Master degree of Arts in International Politics from ULB Brussels.
She had the opportunity to reorganise and manage a Procurement department of a large group of hospitals. She also has a deep expertise in Clinical Trial Procurement
