With part-time missions, for example, you could be working with a large corporation one day and an SME the next—or juggling between a start-up in the R&D phase and a bigger company in the go-to-market stage. We make sure you always find something fresh to challenge and inspire you.
3. Get training and coaching, and benefit from a strong methodology
Each consultant benefits from two key development initiatives throughout their journey with us:

Career & Development Mentoring: Each consultant is paired with a senior mentor who provides personalized guidance on career growth and personal development.

Technical Coaching: For each mission, you receive hands-on coaching from a Partner or senior consultant to tackle mission-specific technical challenges, ensuring you have the expertise to succeed.
In addition, our HR teams stay in regular contact, and every two months, our business development team helps coach you on client relationships, mission scope, and soft skills. This is part of our “Quality Engagement” model, designed to support both you and our clients.
All of this is alongside continuous training to keep you ahead in your field.
4. Get your own share
Each consultant gets the opportunity to invest in the company’s capital after two years, giving you a direct stake in our collective success. This way, you can play an even bigger role in shaping the Altesia story while getting your share of the value we create together.
5. Start your entrepreneurial project
Altesia offers each consultant the possibility to choose between 3 career paths.
If you’ve got the entrepreneurial itch, Altesia is the perfect place to explore it. Once your project is validated, Altesia gives you one paid day a week to work on your entrepreneurial venture, turning your dreams into reality while still being part of the team. ​
This is not all: you get the chance to receive initial funding for your project from Altesia! You’ll also receive mentorship from our Partners—seasoned entrepreneurs who’ve been where you are. Additionally, they’ll connect you with trusted venture capitalists and banking partners, giving you access to their valuable network.
