If you are joining Altesia, you’ll experience this same commitment from day one. You’ll have the flexibility to choose between three defined career paths, based on your own goals and ambitions. We’re here to help you grow and thrive in the way that suits you best.
From recruitment to consulting and partnership
1. The recruitment process
At Altesia, we believe in a personalized and human-centered recruitment process. Our goal is to make you feel welcome from the very first interaction. To ensure this, our recruitment team—Lara and Elodie—will be your points of contact throughout the process.
During the first interview, our HR Manager Lara will explain you everything about Altesia, about the role, and will take time to discuss your goals, ambitions, and how you can fit within Altesia’s culture.
During a second interview, our Business Development Manager Dimitri will discuss with you technical skills and evaluate whether you have the right profile, skills and experience for our clients.

In the next and final rounds, you will get a technical test and interview with two Partners.
2. The onboarding process
When you join Altesia, we focus first on integration rather than jumping straight into a mission. Your initial goal is to get acquainted with your colleagues and the Altesia way of working.
We have a small surprise waiting for you on your first day to make your arrival memorable. Then, informal meetings are organized so you can get to know your new teammates better. During these first few days and weeks, you'll also receive training on essential soft skills, as well as our in-house methodologies and tools.
3. Your first mission
Once you're ready, it's time to dive into your first mission. Don't worry—you won’t be alone. A Partner will be assigned to support you, providing guidance and ensuring regular touchpoints to keep everything on track. We place a strong emphasis on quality and consistency, and our Partner-in-Charge, along with our HR and Business Development colleagues will be there to help you tackle any challenges and deliver results according to our Quality Engagement approach.
4. After one year
By your first anniversary with Altesia, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Entrepreneurship Program. This unique initiative allows you to dedicate one paid day per week to develop your own business venture, all while maintaining your full salary package.

Additionally, you’ll receive a dedicated budget for specialized training to further your career development—whether it’s technical skills or leadership development, we support your growth.​
5. After two years
In your second year with Altesia, you can apply for a company-sponsored part-time academic program in a finance or procurement-related field, enhancing your expertise and broadening your career options.

​You’ll also be invited to become a mentor for new colleagues, sharing your experiences and offering guidance. This is your chance to give back and help the next wave of Altesia talent grow and succeed.
6. After three years
After three years, if you choose, you can be eligible to apply for partnership. Becoming a Partner at Altesia is an opportunity to shape the future of our company, mentor others, and grow your own entrepreneurial ambitions.

Once your project is validated, Altesia gives you one paid day a week to work on your entrepreneurial venture, turning your dreams into reality while still being part of the team.
This is not all: you get the chance to receive initial funding for your project from Altesia! You’ll also receive mentorship from our Partners—seasoned entrepreneurs who’ve been where you are. Additionally, they’ll connect you with trusted venture capitalists and banking partners, giving you access to their valuable network.
